Bologna and Modena, Italy: An Edible Enlightenment

What does food mean to me? What keeps me so totally enamored by good food? 

Food is not just for sustenance. It’s an art form that can put you in a state of nirvana. Tasting great food is like listening to your favorite band perform live. 

I didn’t always look at food this way. Growing up in America we’re quit literally starved for quality food, especially if you don’t want to pay out the nose. That all changed when I lived in Italy. 

I never thought food could taste this good! Everything so flavorful. No matter how simple (simple is often better). I was in for an edible enlightenment in Bologna and Modena, Italy. Check out my food and travel guide in the video below. Grazie!
